About Kenyatta Powers-Rucker

I'm Kenyatta Powers-Rucker, bringing almost 30 years of technology and leadership expertise from my role as the first African American woman Chief Information Officer for the Maryland Department of Human Services. I’ve led teams, managed multi-million-dollar IT systems, and navigated the same leadership challenges many women in tech face today. My passion for helping women overcome career stagnation and step into leadership with confidence led me to create the Rise and Lead Leadership Transformation Challenge. Now, as Vice President at TriPowers LLC and a dedicated leadership coach, I’m committed to guiding ambitious women like you through career-defining transformations that lead to growth, confidence, and leadership success.
